We took a 122m2 painters studio and converted into a 2 bedroom / 2 bath apartment with terrace, salon, laundry room and independent kitchen. Working with the Architectes de Batiments de France to preserve the listed ceilings and stonework we embodied the essence of the building while introducing modern conveniences such as insulated sub floors, active ventilation, central heating and en suite bathrooms. French Oak floors, Italian tiles, Danish lamps, Repurposed woodwork, custom steel railings… comfortable and above the crowd.
