Covering design and project management for 400+m2 of building and 1.3h park we reconfigured the first floor to create six independent bedrooms each with en suite. On the ground floor we modified the entry, reception hall, library and salon while introducing wet rooms, integrated shelving and decorative walls. Complete overhaul of existing infrastructure – roof, plumbing, electrics, ventilation, insulation, fireplaces etc. We also introduced an independent wastewater system with runoff, centralised air conditioning across all floors, RG network, perimeter fencing, and a main gate with pillars and gravel courtyard. Structural repairs addressed rotten beams, cracked walls, moisture control and landscaping. Delivered 9 months key in hand unfurnished with Farrow & Ball paint and classical fittings, a house restored with poise and dignity.
