We reconfigured the transversal layout of the first floor to create six independent bedrooms each with en suite. On the ground floor we modified entry, reception hall, library and salon introducing wet rooms, integrated shelving and wainscoting. Complete overhaul of all infrastructure – plumbing, electrical, roof ventilation and fireplaces. Introduction of new independent wastewater system, centralised air conditioning, insulation, perimeter fencing and wall, security gate, gravel courtyard. Structural intervention addressed expired beams, split and damaged exterior walls, moisture control, tree surgery. Delivered within 9 months unfurnished in Farrow and Ball tones and classical fittings the house stands restored with understated dignity.
